What To Expect

After scheduling, you’ll receive a Zoom link for this session (and for any future sessions). There’s no app to download — you can join from your phone, tablet, or laptop. Each Nutrition Checkup lasts 15 minutes and begins with a 2–4 minute discussion of your eating habits, health concerns, and goals.

During the session, I’ll provide insight, point out blind spots, and help you decide which priority deserves top focus. The plan will always be realistic for your lifestyle yet meaningful for your long-term goals. For the rest of the call, we’ll strategize together so you leave with clear, actionable steps you can track. After 30 days, you can schedule again to keep building on your progress.
